The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a balcony overlooking the mountains, a sitting area furnished with a rocking chair, and a walk-in closet. The bedroom across the hall from the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. It is furnished with two single beds. It shares a Full bathroom with the master bedroom. In the basement there are two bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom has two double size bunk-beds that can sleep up to 3 each. The second bedroom also has two double-size bunk-beds. The den portion contains a sofa and two lay-z-boys chairs. A pool/ping pong table and an assortment of books, games, and puzzles for the guests’ entertainment are also located in the den area.

A highchair and a booster seat are not available for small children. Guests need to bring a port-a-crib for a baby or toddler as well. Off the kitchen are a standard-size washer and dryer and a large counter for folding. Guests provide their own detergent and other laundry products. One bath has a shower and tub combination and counter space around the basin. The other bath has a shower. All bed linens are furnished, as are bath towels and wash cloths for each guest, bath mats, and dish towels. Guests may want to bring extra bath towels.

The flat rate for unlimited local calls from the 900 cordless phone in the kitchen is included in the rental fee; all other calls must be charged to a calling card. The number will be provided ahead of time to leave with family and friends back home. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. No smoking and no pets, please.
